Abstract

Purpose: This research is a descriptive study on the corelation among verbal violence experience, burn-out, and turn-over intention in operation room nurses. The research subjects are 234 nurses.

Methods: The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 program.

Results: This research has shown that most of operation room nurses experience verbal violence, and the verbal violence they experience increases their burn?out and intention of turn?over.

Conclusion: Therefore, it is essential to have the efficient plans of nurse management and the administration of nursing organization suggests making supportive and favorable relationship among colleagues to reduce their burn-out an intention of turn-over.
